At NurseU, nursing isn’t just our profession - it’s in our DNA. Founded in early 2021 by Tim Rippon, NurseU is a Melbourne-based, family-owned nursing agency that provides exceptional healthcare staffing solutions, across Victoria.

Tim’s passion for healthcare stems from a family heritage of dedicated nurses. His Grandmother was a midwife and trained nurse, and his great-aunty served Australia as a war nurse, providing life-saving care to wounded soldiers during wartime. Their dedication to helping others in times of need has inspired NurseU’s mission - to support healthcare settings, aged care homes, hospitals, disability services, and veterans with highly skilled nurses and caregivers.

This deep-rooted commitment to healthcare has also fueled NurseU’s support for Soldier On, a cause close to our hearts. Through this partnership, we actively give back to the veteran community, ensuring our soldiers receive the compassionate, expert care they deserve.
